I bought two of these about a year ago, for my wife and myself. This is the best exercise mat I have ever used. It has just the right amount of resistance, lies perfectly flat and NEVER SLIPS. Just a real pleasure for my floor exercises every morning. It is on sale now at Amazon for $20 less than I paid, you can't go wrong with this mat.

So far so good. I needed an extra large mat since my yoga mat wasn’t big enough to do some HIIT. Also works well for yoga. It has held up this far. It does seem pretty well-constructed. Also a good value for the price.

I never write reviews but had to because this mat is great. I have had it for over a year and it is thick, durable, easy to use, and unrolls flat so you don’t need to worry about the edges coming up like some mats. The wide length makes exercising so much easier.

This mat replaced section gym matting that I and was a perfect fit. It does slide when I am using the weight bench and it provides enough padding to not damage the hardwood floor.A very great buy and the fitness bands were a bonus gift.

I’m 5’2” and the smaller size works great for me. It’s easy to roll out and store. The biggest size might actually be too much for me to lug around. If you’re looking for a mat that you’ll need to put away after each use - the smaller mat is perfect. If you’re a tall person - size up. I love this thing and it’s great for HIT, sit ups, Pilates, weight training - great.

So far I like the size, support and easy to clean

A few months in everything seemed fine until I began noticing some wear and realized it was from the roomba. The exercise use is ok, but I don't know how long this will last if a vacuum will wear it down. Durability is not great.
