First to explain, I can’t give complete information about the effectiveness right away. Supplements and vitamins take a while to take effect. If I notice a difference right away, I’ll mention it. I also take supplements so these might work WITH what I’m taking.There’s a lot of biotin and collagen but it takes a while to work. I’ve been taking various biotin and collagen so I’m just adding to this. I don’t know if it works alone, but it works with my other supplements.

It did not thicken my hair, or do anything different for my nails or skin. It appears to be an overrated product.
