(I will update this review if anything happens e.g. spills, falls, etc.)UPDATE (9/13/22): I dropped my laptop and it landed on its side, with a VERY loud bang - and was in perfect condition thanks to this case absorbing the fall. Seriously amazing product. Could not recommend more.ORIGINAL REVIEW: This came with EVERYTHING and I am so impressed - the hard case fit with little to no struggle, and the keyboard cover is perfect - doesn't move around, and is snug on the keyboard. I love the colours and how they look on my Macbook. After a really awful accident I spent hundreds of dollars on new parts to fix my brand new laptop (including a brand new screen that is a totally different colour to my original Macbook) and if I had just bought this to begin with, I think I could have saved myself some headache. Either way, it looks great!

I’m giving this case 5 stars so everyone sees this review, but I was very disappointed. The case is extremely thin and feels cheap. It broke in every corner after just a short time of use. I wouldn’t recommend this if you’re looking for something durable. Definitely not worth the purchase!

This is my second time purchasing the case: I had purple in the past and switched to pink. This case has take many hits and only the case has ever broken or got damaged not my computer. This makes it almost invaluable to me. I love the variety of colors and the keyboard cover.

- REASON FOR PURCHASING: I bought this case because I was looking for just something to protect my computer from scratches and falling from my desk or bumping to the corners, and to prevent dust in the keyboard. So this case gave me those options to protect my device.YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!!This are the things that bug me from this cover and some follow up:-SCREEN INSTALLATION: The installation for the screen protector was the toughest cover I have ever put on a laptop before or any cover in general. The bubbles were just impossible to get ride-off, and I can see my reflection on it, and It's also matte which will make it a bit difficult to clean.-CASE IN GENERAL: It's a pretty color don't get me wrong. However, I can't open it more than ~80 degrees angle. (This happens for the first week or so. After that, the cover was able to open fully) Also, one of the bottom side hooks is not hooked on to the laptop, and if I remove it and put that hooked on the laptop then the rest will not be hooked. (There are 4 hooks, the one on the right is not hooked, the other 3 are good. This doesn't mean the case comes off) Also, so far my lapotop has NO SCRATCHES. :)-SIDE PLUGS (TO COVER THE HOLES): They get lost, they come off and is kinda annoying. I just leave the one for headphones since I don't use that plug.-BOTTOM PIECE, "STANDER": is not silicon, :( I wish It was silicon so I could avoid dragging my laptop by accident and dropping it.- THE KEYBOARD PLASTIC COVER: the plastic cover of the keyboard is a cute color, I can see the letters all good. Now, on the right silicon cover is not according to the original keyboard. The left and right bottoms are big on the keyboard, other than that it has a nice grip.

The color is cute and I love the sparkle. It wasn't an exact color match but I still really liked it. It also faded super quick and cracked way sooner than I would have expected.

Here. You're on it.This case also falls apart and cracks a little when left alone! (statement not even subject to the term, "for too long," like humans. Nah--in keeping with the popular need for instant gratification: breakdown is instant or pre-assembled!) For example:The corners will crack on the hard-shell case within 36 hours, because it's as soft as a fitspo blogger when gyms were closed. Still stationary or working from home? All you have to do is simply snap the case on gently and leave your Macbook in the same place for a few hours. Untouched and on a flat surface, work as well.I assure you that they break down all on their own, like an art: all 4 corners in tandem.You don't even have to try to put it in a sleeve, laptop...satchel (?), or backpack! And I wouldn't until you find a better case, anyways. Apple Care can't fix what this case lied about protecting while they are closed for a pandemic.I hope you expect the rubber knobby, "feet," to last. They turn 'Rona-snot-yellow if they're a light color.It will also be a matte finish, even if you order glossy (I ordered multiple. That's right. I'm a natural blonde)--but in a way that is so aesthetically displeasing, it could, no doubt, deter a thief. Maybe that's it's mode of protection? Whatever the case: the protection factor is certainly not the cases sturdy structure, because it's falling apart faster than the economy during quarantine. But it'll have distinct little glossy spots too, where it is somehow sticking to the uni-body case like a booger to a toddler. Is this magic? I think so.BONUS! If it doesn't deter thievery with it's signature my-owner-always-has-jam-hands-and-it-shows look: it records finger prints better than a 90's PD desk jockey with a stamp pad and a felon in his chair! Here's hoping you turn on, "Find my..." before snapping this case on so that this feature is useful.If you're still reading, you know it's bad.I should stop BUTWAIT! THERE'S MORE!THAT'S RIGHT! More reasons not to buy include:The sudden and unsolicited super power that at all times, you will be carrying around crumbs like you might need a snack later! Yes! The bottom half of the exterior case seems to double as a Swiffer sweeper in a hypochondriacs house this 2020: trapping and locking dust, debris and other strange...uhh, crumbs? It even locks them away! Good for you for being clean and responsible during a global pandemic!AND! If you're into recycling: buy this case! because the aforementioned debris can also be reheated when the hard-shell case fails to allow airflow to the cooling mechanisms that come stock with your Macbook and also prevent crashing, overheating or worse.Don't ask me what, "worse," is because I was too busy to even take my window of opportunity to return it--rather than throwing it out the window like I did with my money.No seriously: I regret purchasing this case. Sure, I was a little broke but I paid $20 to be so broke I can't pay attention and in exchange I got this case. I barely move(d) my Macbook until two days ago, and within the first 36 hours of snapping it on, there were cracks in the corners (the main way it is held on), marks I couldn't wipe off or make matte again and my computer was hotter than Trump's tanning bed.If I wasn't distracted by daily life, I'd have returned it.I'd only recommend it if your goals are plotting the phrase, "it was for science," when talking about the purchase.OVERALL PROS: idiot proof installation, I...would like to think.OVERALL CONS: Yes.
