We were a little hesitant about buying furniture online without seeing it or sitting on it but we were not disappointed. Shipping took a few weeks but not any longer than if we had bought it at a local store. It came boxed, wrapped, and on a palate. They literally dropped the palate in the driveway. At first look we thought it would be in pieces as the boxes were torn, dented, and the palate was in pieces. We photographed it and started to unwrap. Much to our surprise the only piece that was damaged was the front of the loveseat. One quick text message to the seller and a new loveseat was on the way. It was here in record time. There was minimal putting together, just the backs. All in all, a very good experience! I would highly recommend this set. It is beautiful and very comfortable. Seller service was exceptional. If you've ever thought about buying furniture online, do it! Quality, price and service is better than what you will find in stores.

We have only had this set for 5 months. Within the first day our rocker recliner wouldn’t close. We were sent a replacement and now this recliner is also unable to close. There is a piece of wood under the chair their keeps breaking and we don’t have children or many people at all who have sat in this chair. Unhappy with the quality

We bought this couch, December 20 23 about five months later it broke two spots we message the seller. There is no warranty so we’ve had this furniture fixed twice now and in a years time it’s completely broken. There’s nothing more we can do for it it’s junk. The arm fell off. The middle sunk in the springs broke on one side of the loveseat and it leans and one side of the recliner and it leans and it’s not like we’re big people. I weigh 140 pounds I don’t have small children running around poor quality

I read the review on this leather seat at that time it was only one review maybe two that had positive reviews. The leather is very thin compared to my old couch. I probably will be purchasing another living set in about another 3 to 5 years. I had a hard time with the delivery due to rips on the couch. I will never buy anything like this online again. I just wished I would have followed my first mind and went to the store and take my time and find exactly what I was looking for.

Very happy with the recliner set. Firm yet comfortable. Very well put together. After looking over the photos on the instructions sheet, it took about 10-20 minutes to assemble the three pieces set.I’ve never bought furniture online before, so I had more than a few questions. I reached out to the seller and they were very helpful. Through Amazon they answered all of my questions within 24 hours. The delivery company they used, kept us informed of when it would arrive. The unit was delivered a few days ahead of schedule. And they brought the three boxes to our front door, which was not that straightforward. We’re really pleased with everything. If asked, I would recommend this company.

I love them! I compared prices for "real wood" and "real leather" couches from my local furniture stores and Amazon won by a long shot. The couches need some assembly but it's very simple! You're just sliding the top pieces down onto the bottom. These are very heavy and will definitely need help moving the boxes. It was delivered by freight company on an 18 wheeler. They were trying to meet me at the local Walmart to deliver because my driveway can't handle an 18 wheeler but thankfully my neighbors let me "borrow" their driveway. Just something to consider if you're looking at a large delivery like this.

Our sofa arrived today and we are impressed by the combination of function, comfort and elegance. Equally impressive was the service provided by Estes Shipping. They updated us as to day and time of our delivery and their driver parked the truck in our driveway, wheeled the sofa up our very steep incline, placed the sofa in our den, opened the protective crating,assembled the backs, arms and skirting and collected the packing debris and was on his way in less than 20 minutes. We were as impressed with his skills and customer service as we are with our new sofa.

only a few months old, and it’s pealing? not true leather as described , would send back if I could! This product wasn’t worth a dime! Extremely disappointed in this purchase! Wish I would have never purchased it
