Can this be purchased to have the high on the left of off and low on the right of off? ie clockwise from hi to lo?

No, as the circles are written like that and donot come apart. Check the pictures. Maybe there are other sticker circles that have what you want.

Does this kit come with four stickers that go counter clockwise from low to high. (middle image left row)?

My new order did. I received both directions in my order.

What about the oven dial

If you look at the description there is no oven dial. Most oven controls are digital. Maybe look somewhere else for another site?
