It's approximately 14" in diameter.

The seat is about 5 inches and the padding is about an inch. It's more of a cool barstool than a comfortable one.

Q: What is the weight limit?

I don’t know the exact weight limit, but it’s very sturdy I weigh 185 pounds and I’ve had people sit on it I would say around 220 and it’s fine

Yes it is measured from top of seat to floor. Fits my husband perfect. Was a surprise and he loves it. Swivels too. Has a place to always sit and play.
