Tunze Care Magnet Long

Blught it a day ago. Package looks cheap as hell for a premium scraper but the product itself is amazing. I had to put the metal blade in though for proper quick work but with this stuff wverything comes off pretty much straight away. I am using it on a 12 and 15mm thick glass.

OMG this thing is amazing....apart from the delivery which was shocking, got this as I was fed up of going through scraper blades on my marine aquarium every 6 weeks. Arrived in very robust packaging which I shred getting ready to try it out on a 5 day dirty glass aquarium, ripped through the algae, even the Coraline accumulated on the back section which was always difficult to reach and it was so easy to use, fantastic product

Good cleaner and easy to use, I used twice and the small head split but the spare one is still working after 4 weeks, Used the blade and this worked well on the worst bits,

Best algae scraper ive tried by far, also no pad to get sand or gravel trapped next to the glass and cause scratches, worth the extra money in my opinion

This is a fantastic product and has many different features out of the box for stubborn algae you can use the narrow plastic blade for increased pressure in that area or the wide spread plastic blade to target a larger surface area in a freshwater tank this is fantastic I use one end for narrows areas close to the gravel and the larger end for the open areas of the glass. If you have a marine tank with far more stubborn algae like my brothers tank you can clip in the metal razor blade which will make scraping algae far easier. Worth noting he has a Red Sea reeder 450 and this magnet is not strong enough and would recommend the tunze care magnet strong or strong+ however credit to the magnet it stays stuck to the glass unless you move a bit too fast. That’s more of a user error than a product error lol! But yes this is a fantastic magnet and couldn’t recommend it enough. I was looking to purchase a flipper magnet but can’t comment on that as I chose this and currently have no desire to look for an alternative, listen to this review and make your own decision maybe the flipper is better for you or maybe this tunze magnet will impress you as much as it has me.

Tunze long magnet arrived so I thought I'd give you a heads up. In a word - wow ! I've use a quite a few different glass cleaners over the years but never really thought that spending nearly £30 on one was justifiable. How wrong was I, after becoming used to getting shoulder deep once a week it was a revelation. No more struggling to get in the very corners or getting my credit cards out. I'm impressed and if it helps any doubters out there then just do it.

Expensive not as impressed as I thought I would be after reading the reviews. Plastic and magnet not as strong as I would of liked. Plastic scraper easily damaged. Doesnt remove algae as efficiently as I would like it to using the plastic. Blade does good job but can not use on now from tank.

I absolutely love this Tunze Caremagnet Long. The best one by a long stretch, believe me, I've had a few. Makes cleaning your aquarium so much easier! If you're careful using it, then you can be sure that there will be no scratches on your glass. It does take some getting used to, but once you get the hang of using it, it's a dream! My best buy yet!

Best for tough Alage. Use both the blades at each corner to get best result.

Très efficace avec la lame plastique, une fois équipée de la lame métal, rien ne lui résiste. Un peu chère mais la qualité est là.

Ohh man is this a life saver! I was skeptical with how well this unit would work on coraline algae on the glass, with the amount of effort I need to use with my hand held scraper I was sure that these wouldn't work well. I was wrong, it is so easy to clear off anything on the aquarium glass, hardly any effort at all! I use the included metal scraper and it does the job so well I was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. With this unit I love how the only contact with the glass (on the inside of the tank) is the scrapers, no there is little risk of sand getting stuck on a part that doesn't have any function. It is a high quality unit and I am impressed by how well it works. The only down side is that it doesn't float, so if you lose it on a corner or something you might have to stick your arm in to pull it out. Overall I am happy with this unit, cleaning the glass is a breeze now!

arrivato nei tempi, una vera scoperta! "salta" gli angoli dell'acquario pertanto è comodissimo da usare senza dover toccare l'acqua. calamite molto forti e ottimo per pulire. Ho un acquario d'acqua dolce, non ho messo le lame per il vetro in quanto già pulisce molto bene solo con la plastica. assolutamente consigliato!
