Massage Balls Portable Spiky Fasciitis Point Foot Pain Relief - Deep Tissue Massage Therapist (Pack of 4)

I got these for my husband's long drives. He usually uses a tennis ball but they are soft and smooth and don't offer enough muscle relief. These balls are nice and hard and the spikes dig into his muscles in a good way that offer a lot of relief. He uses them mostly under his glutes but also behind his neck. I think they would probably allow a lot of relief for knots in your shoulders too.This was such a great buy and having four allows us to have one in each vehicle and one for the house too.

About the size of a tennis ball. Hard, not squishy. Nice quality. I use them for my feet, for my back and shoulders and for my arms. Two at home, one in my purse/go bag and one in my desk at work. I roll them between my palms, along the sides of my hands, down my forearms. Amazing therapy! Definitely recommend.

The product is built and packed well. I am not too sure about the benefits. Will use it more to really know if it's helpful or not.

Although I do have slightly tender feet, I found these to be much harder than expected. For this reason, they tend to slide instead of roll when used on hardwood floors.

I found these balls to be exactly right for me. I have extremely tight glutes. I place the ball on the floor and sit on it and roll it around my entire glute area from my hip bone all the way down. it feels wonderful. I wear my thin workout gear so I get the full benefit of the spikes, and it brings relief. I think these might be too firm for other parts of my body but perfect for my glutes.

Balls were smaller than the 3" advertised. Also, there all exactly the same and too hard for what I needed. I returned them and bought another brand that had three balls of different hardness and spike size.

Very uncomfortable, almost painful.

These are perfect for massaging my feet at the end of the day. I love that there are four--I've got one under my desk at work and the rest strategically placed around the house. They're good for other knots, too. They seem to be pretty durable so far.
