My wife and I have been using the mixer for mixing our powder and water power drink in the morning and it works wonderfully! It is very powerful and thorough and as long as you only fill the glass 3/4 full it doesn't spill over the side on the lower setting!

I've had this frother for almost a year and it's one of the best kitchen gadgets I've acquired.I'll reinforce what others have said:- it’s rechargeable (this was my #1 necessity when looking at frothers, as I didn't want to be buying AA batteries all the time),- charge lasts a long time,- having three buttons for three speeds is much nicer than just one button that you have to press multiple times to cycle through the speeds (looking at you, DAVIDsTEA),- the multiple attachments are cool even though I only use the frothing one.I use my frother for matcha, hot chocolate, powdered broths, and latte powders/mixes. Would probably be good for protein/meal replacement powders as well.To avoid spillage, I only fill to about ¼ to ⅓ and get a pretty good froth off of that. I start by adding a little hot water to my latte/matcha powder, froth on lowest speed to blend, then add oat milk, froth on low to get a nice foam layer, then fill the rest of the mug with oat milk to complete the latte.

I was mixing some protein powder in a 16 ounce glass. Learned very quickly on the first try that the eight blade prop stirring attachment was way too much even at lower speeds. The mixture came up over the top of the glass and made a mess before I could shut it down.Worked a lot better with some of the less intensive stirring attachments. I highly suggest on the first try being very observant and be ready to push the button before disaster happens. Better yet do it in the sink.When you get past your first experience you will soon find that for mixing things in glasses with the right prop and the right speed, it is very thorough in just a few seconds and much more effective than using a teaspoon. I love it! Also I like the fact that you don't have to feed it batteries and you can charge it using the USB cable provided or your phone charger.

Easy to use but seems a bit flimsy. Will see how robust it is.
