Works well.
Included zip ties were short enough to be useless. Otherwise, the bag feels pretty good quality and it looks OEM. I'll recommend it to other Miata owners.

No instructions included
It came with two 6-inch zipties and I didn't know what they were for until I came back here to read other reviews. To summarize, these were useless and use 8-inch ones instead. I just clipped mine onto the outermost holes at the moment but I'll get around to mounting longer zip-ties to use this product properly. So far, I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

No mounting parts
No mounting parts included like the OEM, but (2) 8 inch zip ties work just fine. They string thru the open holes under the trunk lid. Well worth the $15 bucks.
