Good priced phones, however these are not made for UK market so you don't get NFC with it but you do get 128G memory so you pays your money for whats important to you in a mobile phone, other than that most things your need are on phone or can be added via playstore, cameras seem good and clear, speed is fast enough, good size screen, finger and face recognition is there, transfer data from old phone worked well, yes there is not wall charger or ear phones included anymore which might again be problem for some if its your first phone or first time use C type USB, other that those few things its a good cheap phone that works. plus it is a 2023 model so up to date with tec filtered down from the expensive models, overall I am happy with it Would i have liked NFC yes would also have like the old knox security files that you could use, but sure i can find an app that does that.

Great phone - does the job for a fractuon of the price of supposedly better phones. Bought it as a replacement for my work phone (S22) as I have taken early retirement but hardly notice the difference. It's got better battery life and needs less storage for apps etc. OK, there's a little bit of lag for some apps but life is too short to worry about the odd couple of seconds here and there. Camera is more than adequate

Good phone only downside it doesn't give you alot of time.when making a call to.turn it to hands free before it goes black tried several.sittings to no avail

This is a surprisingly good phone for the money. The battery lasts way longer than my S22 ultra. I mainly use it for games or streaming but so far haven't noticed much difference, maybe slightly slower. It does take an absolute lifetime to restart the phone, but I don't needto do this reguarly. The screen and camera aren't as good as higher end models, but I wouldn't expect them to be for such a reasonable price. They're acceptable. I'd definitely recommend this if you're looking for a new phone with a limited budget.

This is the third Samsung Galaxy A14 I have bought. The other two are 2 and 3 years old and have been excellent and reliable- super value. My daughter and I are both very happy and they are both working well. This one has been endless problems. Generally clunky from the beginning (eg no predictive text, battery drains in a day and a half without use), it has required a full factory reset three times since I bought it in July. The issue has been that Settings become unavailable. Like all consumers these days, you have to take resposibility for fixing tech problems yourself. Lo and behold I did find someone who had exactly the same issue with an A14 also purchased from Amazon UK, but earlier in February. Several instructive videos later, I was finally left with only one remaining option- a full factory reset. This I did- luckily I had another A14 which operated in English and was able to use it to decipher the unknown script on the new one by matching screens one to the other. All OK. Phew. I am now, 4 months after purchase, on my third factory reset due to this 'Settings Unavailable' issue. If I had not had such good experiences with Galaxy A14s, I would think: OK, crap product. Now I'm thinking it may be a scam and not a genuine product at all. I'm not a big revue poster but, buyers, please beware of getting your new A14 through Amazon or, at least, this seller

For the price, I love this phone. It is fast on the internet, easy to use and has a great display, with lots of features. The only downfall is the battery, which might last the day, providing it is not constantly stuck to your hand. I didn't want it to take brilliant photos, although the photo quality is pretty good, I did not want it to make me cups of tea, or tell me how wonderful I am, it is "ok" for gaming and no lag and is is easy to get around aps, in and out of different windows etc. so for its functionality I like this phone and I am well happy with it.

I have basic needs for a phone. No gaming or anything requiring a super-fast phone. This phone has very good battery life, good memory size, takes nice photos and has an up-to-date OS. But, it doesn't have NFC, so has been consigned to a drawer to be given away at some point. As my wife has the same phone, I had assumed that it would have NFC just like hers, but alas, no. It also has some strange behaviour. The swype keyboard is much less forgiving of my dodgy fingers than my previous (and now current again) Moto, and leads to much re-typing. It also doesn't appear to maintain a 4G connection as well as the Moto. Many times I could not watch a video on my daily walks, whereas the Moto is very stable on the same route. The PIN unlock is very slow too; you need to type slowly or it doesn't recognise all the numbers. I don't know if the above niggles would have been sorted at some point, but the lack of NFC makes it useless for me.

I have checked on my A14 and it definitely does have NFC! I have also checked the total storage and it is 128 gb!!! Of course, it will take me a few days to get used to a brand new phone but I'm not doing too badly for a 75 year old :-) One thing I was cross about was that it came with was a type C to type C cable :-( That meant that I couldn't even charge it until I ordered and received a standard USB (type A?) to type C cable. Update: I really do NOT like the fact that the lock screen times out after only 2 seconds - even when you are on a voice call! That means that you cannot see the speaker, mute or hold buttons. I have spoken to Samsung Support and that agent could not help me change that :-/ This is different to the timeout on the display after you have unlocked your phone - that can be changed in settings. Update 2: I have finally found out that I can have NO screen lock at all, so that when I press the side key my screen opens on my home screen! See 2nd pic ;-) Update 3: I hate the delay between when the flash goes off and the camera actually takes the shot. AND I really hate that the onscreen button often doesn't seem to recognise that my finger has pressed it!

L’ho comprato per mia mamma che non è molto esperta e devo dire che è interessante dato la fascia di prezzo. Ho preso il 128gb 4g così che lei possa navigare alla massima velocità e avere abbastanza spazio per candy crush (ahah). A distanza di qualche anno devo dire che il telefono è risultato bene e samsung non delude mai
