I’ve seen some people use connections rated lower than the winch rating so they are asking for the chain to snap and have a cable come whipping back at them. It has a 4 ft. G80 anchoring chain and clevis grab hook. This snatch block is all there weight-wise but takes up very little space due to its compact size. My old snatch block was lighter but, it was much larger in size and only rated for pulling. The FITHOIST snatch block is rated to pull and lift allowing for a broader range of application. The quality of this snatch block assembly is much better in every aspect and safety is the biggest.
