Cheap metal
Broke during installation. Metal collar connecting hose to sprayer is very poor quality. Snapped off with minimal force while connecting.

Not very durable. The pipe burst within 45 days of use. Had to throw the spray!!

Do not buy! Water leaks from the body of the pipe
This is not what I expected the entire pipe is sweating! And all we did was fix it nothing else I didn't even use it.

It's been more than 6 months since I purchased this bidet and installed it on our toilet. Removed it from our old house and brought it to our new house. Still easy to install, still in good working condition. Gets the job done. Durable, does not leak if installed correctly. Great value for money as far as I'm concetned

Not compatible with UK plimbing, returned because it was impossible to connect and no adapters for it in any hardware stores
