Primapore - Post-Operative Dressing - 8.3cm x 6cm (x50)

I always buy Primapore wound dressings for wounds with blood which need good coverage. Primapore always does the trick. Will buy again.

Quality plasters... remain in place until removed.

I've used this product before. It's for my Son's dog who has recently had an op on her leg. The wound is an open one so needs to be kept clean and the dressings changed frequently. With movement the wound reopens at the edge slightly but is starting to heal nicely now. It was important that whatever was used didn't stick to the wound. I've used 2 of the dressings each time, cutting off one side from each so that the dressing meets in the middle but doesn't stick to the wound. As her hair grows back the adhesion isn't brilliant, hence the pack of 50!

I started to use these post - operative dressings some time ago.I use this particular size,almost universally, for all my needs. They are strong and waterproof and can be used for 1 or 2 days at a time.

This was bought to cover a deep cut. The wound originally was dressed with an ordinary plaster which didn’t allow the wound to breathe and was not healing. The dressing is easy to place and remove. Recommended to have a box available just in case of accidents.

Ive been hunting around for these plasters after being given a few at a pharmacy. Easily the best plasters I've ever used.

Thought these were expensive but decided to give them a go as plasters hurt and loosectheir stick.They are for my dad who has a permanent open wound on the back of his neck. They are very adhesive but in a good way..... they allow movement but stick all night long. Very happy.

Wanted these to cover a small wound following advice to keep it sterile and covered. Ordered these following recommendations that these are used by the NHS.Sadly in my case they did more harm than good. After the first use for a few hours, the plaster had welded itself to my skin and couldn’t be removed with extreme force.In the end had to soak off with warm water, which then pulled at the skin and left extremely sore skin around my wound.As a result, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with delicate skin, due to the risk of skin pull and further damage.
