Even when the device is plugged in, it will not turn on.

This devise do not work. It keeps getting offline and you have to set it up every time it goes offline. This devise is a waste of money!!!

I’m using this product for my 20 gallon fish tank, what I like about it is that the door for the food is adjustableThe plastic piece where the food drops out at is adjustable. I don’t like that the smallest one doesn’t feed enough and the next size up feeds too much. That’s how I feel somebody else may feel differentlyOverall, I like it, though I would mix different kinds of food togetherSome flakes, maybe some pebblesIt doesn’t have different compartmentsBut overall, it’s a great product and you can work it with your phone and it was an easy set up to get through Wi-Fi

Bought 3 of these, wifi connection is awesome, easy to set up and customer service is awesome as well.They help me with replacing the little plastic food adjuster tab.I am more than pleased with this product and would recommend, if you come across with an issue just chat with the seller, they are more than eager to help.

I was leaving on a month long trip. Went to set up feeder before I left. Didn’t work. Ended up paying a neighbor to feed the fish.

Product does not dispense flake food consistently and I would expect the way it dispenses would be inconsistent with any food. I don’t recommend buying this and I wasted my money.
