This dries quickly, hold is great and smells great

It effectively keeps my hair in place throughout the day, even during physical activities. The formula is lightweight and doesn't weigh down my hair. However, I deducted one star due to the residue it leaves behind. While it provides excellent hold, I find that it requires thorough washing to completely remove the product buildup. If you don't mind investing some extra time in hair cleansing, this pomade delivers reliable styling results.

It makes me kind of sad to give this product two stars. I really wanted to like it. The marking description is clever, and the ingredients are natural.However, it smells like chemical apricots or something that I find distasteful. Maybe for others the smell would be fine, but it is not for me.Also, it’s described as being “invisible,” but I couldn’t get it not just be a blob in my hair. Again, maybe for people who are better at styling their hair than I am, it would be fine, but it’s not a product that I’m going to be able to successfully use.

I use this when I braid my girls’ hair to keep the flyaways down. Works very well. I will purchase again.

The best thing about this product is the beautiful packaging it looks like a luxury item. The product smells good and doesn't make the hair greasy. I wasn't happy with the hold at all I used this to slick my daughter's fine hair into a ponytail for school and it didn't manage to tame her flyaways through her short 3hr half-day of pre-k.

My hair is quite fine in thickness and mostly straight, and the strands at my hairline are always only a few inches long and difficult to control. This pomade smoothes down the flyaways, gives a very long hold time, and doesn't make my hair feel crunchy like hairspray does.This pomade keeps a hold through me being quite active and sweating like crazy, and doesn't interfere if I neeed to reposition my hair in the clip.It gives excellent control, and I love how it polishes my slick-back look and keeps my hair looking its best while I'm dressed up nice.A tiny little bit goes a long way, and it's easy to spread by warming up in my palms. The texture on this is almost like a sticky glue. A very little bit goes a long way. I like to use this to keep my hair slicked back when I have it up. I also use it to keep my hair tendrils that I keep by my face nice and sleek. I will put some on the face framing pieces before I curl it, and it will hold my curls, no matter what - wind and humidity can’t touch this. They do not frizz out.The scent is very light. It is kind of sweet, and also somehow kind of citrusy. You did not notice it when it is in your hair.All in all, I am so happy that I found this product. I spent a lot of time down south in the summer, and my hair would always just go in a pony or a messy bun and be a scary, frizzy mess. It seems like I finally found something that works for me.
