I rarely leave reviews, but this chair — and more importantly, the company behind it — absolutely deserve the recognition. The chair itself is fantastic: sturdy, comfortable, stylish, and exactly what I needed. It looks even better in person and was easy to assemble. You can tell right away it’s made with quality materials and attention to detail.But what truly amazed me was the customer service. I had a very minor issue — so small I told them not to worry about it, and that I’d fix it locally. Still, the company insisted on taking care of it themselves. They were polite, prompt, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my purchase. You just don’t see that kind of service anymore, especially online.It’s rare to come across a company that not only delivers a top-notch product but also stands behind it 110%. I’m honestly still a little in shock at how well they handled everything. Highly recommend both the chair and the team behind it. This is the kind of experience that turns a one-time buyer into a loyal customer.

I've been using it for a year now (in my home office). At first, I would have given it a 3, but it's grown on me.the BAD: creaks a lot when i recline.The GOOD: design, looks, overall ergonomics, the back mesh offers good ventilation, reasonably comfortable (I sit on it for long hours), height adjustment including arm rest, and most importantly, its affordable price.build quality:works for home officeadjustment: goodAssembly was easy, from what I recall (it's been almost a year).The headrest isn't ideal. The product team could've done better.

The chair is really good by the first experience.Sitting is comfortable, back rest, head rest and hand rest is adjustable and sturdy.Giving 4 Star, as reducing 1 star for the service which the company claimes to send some one to do the fitting while ordering the chair, but after chair delivery they cancel that order. I tried raising 2 such more order for fitting, but all the time they cancelled my orders and stated reason as technical issue, which is not acceptable.

The product is good but after one day of use the air lift hydraulic system fails where i raise the height of the chair and sit which tends to low it automatically where the gas lift failed. Am waiting for the company response and will update the review once i get a proper response from the vendor

Just in 15 days the chair started going on one side, the customer care number given in description no one picks up, one assist app does not have any chair related warranty.It's the worst product, I bought because it was shown no 1 in best sellers but it seems those lists are mangesEditThey have sent the parts and I have fixed the issue with help from local repair man.Although it took a bit of time and still somehow my back is not in full contact with chair if I sit upright hence taking out 1 star
