This power bank has a super large capacity! I charge it over night and have more than enough power to run two cell phones / tablets all day long. The solar cell is a nice plus to help keep it topped while at the beach or even while it sits on a window sill (but will take longer to charge via solar panel). There are LED indicators to show the charge level (25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) of the battery pack. Charging the battery pack requires a USB-C cable connected between the middle connector on the pack and a 5VOLT / 2AMP (or greater - 3.1AMP is ideal) power supply and will take a little over 10 hours to fully charge. The output of the battery pack is via (2) traditional (older) USB-A jacks that permit powering / charging 2 devices at once. Included is a woven strap and carabiner to make securing / hanging it easy. There is a bright LED that can come in handy, too. The only drawbacks are the weight (large capacity battery packs have some weight so it's hard to have one without the other) and the power output could be better. "PD technology" was in its infancy when this came out. Regardless, it seems to keep a cell phone battery charge FULL while connected and being used. A partially depleted cell battery does charge rather slowly through this battery pack.

After recent contact with the company about the issue with the charger, customer service is fantastic and have provided a solution to rectify the issue I am having.I can say they were on top of this right away after my email with a quick turnaround, a top notch company for the consumer.

Handy for power outages…..just sit in a sunny spot & it charges. Mine came without a charging port, but any should fit.

I have bought several of these as gifts and for myself. I love that it has a light and solar charges. It is excellent for emergencies or even daily use if needed. Awesome product.

The device came as expected and it looked well-built.I put it in the morning sun on the east side of our house - one blue bar was lit when I first put it in the sun. After 4 hrs, it still had only ONE bar.I put it in the afternoon side of the house the same day, in a window, of course ... at the end of the day...still only one blue bar.I left it under an incandescent lamp that we keep on all night long. In the morning-one blue bar.I DID charge it off a wall charger and it did go all the way to 4 bars. It charged devices as expected, and when it got down to one bar, I tried it in the sun alllllll day long. Nothing.AND yes, the little LED next to the charge indicator bars that tells you it's receiving light lit up in each case.I returned it to Amazon and got them to replace it with an identical one, thinking that the first one was defective.NOPE...the 2nd one did exactly the same things.I finally got them to refund and NOT replace it, and I'll find another such solar charger device of the same type...one that, hopefully, will perform as advertised.I'll pronounce it a piece of junk.

Picture it: Western KY, 5/26/24, beginning of summertime in the country. Mother nature throws a Sunday morning curveball via a nasty severe thunderstorm and power is knocked out for miles (still no power as of this review on 5/28). Then on top of that another severe storm that produced a tornado that evening.I had purchased this solar charger for just this occasion and boy did it shine! Instead of having to keep my cell phone in the car, I was able to pack this handy dandy device with me anywhere I needed to go with the handy carrying strap and carabiner. I charged my phone all night and only used one bar of the battery! I love that I can charge it via the usb charging cord or I can leave it sitting in the window sill for a solar charge any time. I keep mine on top of my fridge and whenever I have the over head light on in the kitchen, the solar panels will charge. And did I mention the built in flashlight?! By far one of the best purchases I have made and plan on buying another for myself and my mom. I like this much better than the battery "sticks" that I have that don't hold much of a charge and only charge my phone to 50%.

charges phone 3-4 times. so works great for that. will not charge using solar option. or at least it takes days. plus consider the solar option and what is underneath thats right, your battery sitting in the heat. if you could charge this with external solar option that would be greatwould i recommend, in a pinch yes. for weekly outdoor use/charging without another way to charge device. no
