Rides smoothly and totally worth getting. Even doh it does take about 2 hours to fully charge.

I bought this scooter in September 2023 and at first it was great and now it sucks. It dies so fast, it’s unreliable, it doesn’t charge anymore. I wish I didn’t buy it. I contacted them weeks ago to help me and they still haven’t responded. I’m furious with this purchase. They sent me a new one and it crapped out within months. If you want a temporary scooter that doesn’t last I would buy this one for sure! I wish I never bought it. It’s caused me to crash several times from the brakes turning on in the middle of the ride. I constantly had to charge it after one mile rides. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

This scooter is, first, WAY bigger than I expected it to be. That's a fantastic thing, because it feels sturdy and secure and I'm not assaulted with speed wobbles when riding down hill at high speed (very steep hill on the way to work). It doesn't get up the hill, but I didn't expect it to. That hill is terrible, and this scooter is a nice way to catch my breath after dragging myself up a near 15% incline for half a mile. The scooter is just AWESOME. It hits 15mph easy and the breaks are SUPER SENSITIVE. Very good breaks, sometimes to my own detriment honestly, but I'd rather them too touchy than not touchy enough. Shocks can be adjusted for a smoother ride, which is a great bonus. The Bluetooth works like a charm. The folding mechanism gets a little sticky sometimes so it doesn't always want to unfold, but I'm getting the hang of that. This thing lives up to it's high weight class. I'm sitting around 180lb at just over 5'8 and this thing will drag me up a pretty solid incline at around 5-7 mph. It's a good ride, and if I weren't living somewhere so hilly I'd probably get to work even faster. I have a ~5.5mi commute to work, so a ~11mi round trip, and I get to work in just under half an hour. This thing wasn't even at half battery when I arrived to work in the morning. Can't say enough good things about this scooter. Best near $200 I've ever spent. 10/10! Also, the headlight is BRIGHT! VERY good scooter.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriends daughter who earned herself a full ride scholarship to USF so she could make her way around campus. I bought it in July of 2023 and everything about it worked Great until recently when it just stopped turning on. Went through basic trouble shooting and still nothing. Tried to reach out to the seller via Amazon but there is no way on here for me to do that, still trying to reach the manufacturer via product information that was sent with it but still no response, so far Very displeased with this. Will update if anything changes but so far it's been about a month and still nothing.UPDATE: I tried to go back on Amazon to get product support but the like to that is closed, anyone know how to contact the seller or support for this scooter??Update: I was able to communicate with the seller, they were Very Responsive, they sent me a replacement that came in rather quickly given the holiday season. The new scooter works Great, took it for a test ride and it actually feels better and runs Great, fingers crossed it stays that way. At this point I am rather pleased with the way they have handled this.

I need a picture of the kickstand and how it is put on the scooter, please. I took mine off to try and fix the scooter but can't get it to go back on. If anyone can take a picture of theirs so I can use it for a reference please... .it took a bit to figure out how to turn the headlight on but other than that it's great.I had surgery earlier in the year on my foot and this helped me get through marching band season with the amount of walking I had to do at competitions it worked out so well... ***Update to my prior review... I have had this for about 9 months now it won't turn on and I can't find any help as to why. it will not connect to the app so I can see if something is preventing it from turning on.. yesterday I couldn't get it to turn off so I put it on the charger because it will turn off once on the charger.. but now it won't turn back on.------update I figured out the problem.. you will need to take the handle portion apart the wires are very thin and have most likely broken .. that is the issue with mine currently.. still haven't been able to locate the battery

Worked well initially however has a poor battery life and suddenly stopped working within a year of purchase
