I bought these for my 2 steps on my wooden deck that go to my lawn. My senior short legged Norwich Terrier would slip on the stairs trying to climb them in the mornings if damp at all. These worked surprisingly well. I have only had them in place since the Fall so have not used them for me much as I would in the Summer. They are not secured to the deck. And I think could be a hazard if left loose. So I will need to figure out a way to secure them through the boards. Also I'm hesitating because shoveling snow over them may be an issue meaning the shovel catching them whether secured or not. Regardless they are doing exactly what I need and he is able to hop up without falling since I put them in place. So a win!

The design is lovely, and these trees were so easy to apply to our service door steps -- I did add double-faced tape for security and safety.

Great for outdoors. The first few days it had a strong rubber smell.

These are fine functionally, but are rather flimsy. I am using them for the concrete stairs from my garage to my house (indoor) and they will do fine. I was going to put them on my front steps, but they are not as attractive or sturdy as I had hoped. Time will tell on durability, but I think they will be just fine

We bought two sets of these to add traction to our front porch steps, especially during winter & wet weather. They look attractive, and we tried them for several days, but just removed them due to the danger they present.Every time we walked on these - they slid.This is NOT what we expected, and we will NOT be purchasing anything from this company again.If you still decide to buy these, be sure to open them outside because the off-gassing from the rubber stunk up our house for several days.

I love these. I looked at some in Lowes that were the same size, but all they had was a long piece of rubber essentially. The design on these is very pretty, lets the water flow through and looks terrific on my steps. It gives it a finished look and I love the fact that I don't slip on the steps now. I am planning on anchoring them (there are holes for this) to the step, but honestly, I could really get away without doing it if I wanted to. They don't slip off the step, don't slip when I step on them and seem to be sturdy. I am just imagining one of our really gusty wind storms we can experience and would rather they stay at my house, so I will screw or nail them down, but all in all they are super the way they are.
