Ann Clark Super Black Food Coloring Gel Large 4.5 oz Professional Grade Made in USA

This colors amazingly well. I just used a squirt in my cookie dough. I thought I’d need more but it was super dark blue with that. I’d probably use a bit less next time. My recipe even had brown sugar in it and it colored it bright blue. I made Cookie Monster cookies and they are perfectly blue. It’s more of a gel consistency and it definitely does its job.

I was making a cake for a friend's daughter's birthday and she wanted a pink cake with pink icing so I purchased this pink gel. I didn't realize how strong this gel would be. I mixed it into white chocolate ganache I made. I was going for a lighter pink, but didn't realize how concentrated this gel really is. So the color was a bit deeper than planned. Which is aok. Now I know and this bottle will last me quite a while. So it is really worth the investment. I will be buying other gels from Ann Clark in the future. Such a rich, beautiful color!

Very red, little bit goes a long way

This gel food coloring was just what I needed to make cookie monster cookies. It did stain a little but it's food coloring. Taste was great. Good quality. Will be buying again.

I’m a professional cake artist. I tried this brand in red color before and loved it. It’s very vibrant without having to use a lot of the dye. So I thought I’d give the fuchsia a try. It came leaking, the seal wasn’t fully closed. When I tested it on buttercream, the color doesn’t match at all. It’s more purple than fuchsia. It’s not returnable either. Disappointed.

I love how the colours turn out

Just a bit makes everything blue, seems like very high quality dye, incredibly effective. Highly recommended for baking needs!

There’s little brown specks/residues in the bottle and it shows in my products. Only this bottle out of all my other colours. Little disappointing!
