Great fix for bandsaw motor, easy swap.

Fixed my record power 12" bandsaw. If your induction motor isn't working and just hums this might be a fix. Rotating the motor spindle manually with power on allowed the motor to start, indicating a starter capacitor problem. Easy swap out and common problem.
