This was my first attempt at a diabetic sock, and I was not disappointed. They are soft and cause no pain at the ankle. I do have very large-sized feet for a woman (10 - 11), and they still fit well. I am unsure on durability as I have only used them sparingly and washed them twice so far. They seem to be holding up well.

Unbelievably comfortable. It's all I've been wearing since I got them. I hope to get more when I'm able

I have smaller feet (size 7), but thick ankles. I bought the medium socks (shoe sizes 7-10). While the socks fit perfectly, they didn't feel tight, they stayed in place and were very comfortable, by the middle of the day, they were leaving marks and cutting off my circulation. My feet tend to overheat, so I prefer very thin socks. These are kind of a medium weight, they are not as thick as a typical sport sock, however, they are a little thicker than I prefer, but probably fine for most people. There is a little bit of cushion on the bottom, and thinner on the top. I do like these socks if it were not for the binding issues. If you have thinner ankles they would probably be fine, but you may have issues if you have thicker or swollen ankles. Before I give up completely, I will exchange these for the large socks (shoe sizes 10-13) and see if those will work. I'm afraid they will be too big, but worth a try.ETA I did order the larger size--they are a little loose and sloppy on the foot, but the tops are better for my ankles--they still leave some marks, but nothing like the smaller paid did. Overall I like the sock, and bumped the review up one star, though I wish the smaller size sock wasn't binding so I could have a proper fit. As these are synthetic materials they aren't expected to shrink.

These are the only socks I can wear. They are very soft, breathable.
