Cant pair it with another device once it paired with one.
I liked the price and the colors. What I dont like is that it its useless now that I cant pair it to a new device.

Fine if you know what you are buying
This is a Bluetooth keyboard for the Microsoft Surface Pro 8/9/X. To start I can say that it works as it should. More of a 3.5 than a 4 though. To give more details, it connected easily, felt good to type on and has a trackpad that was responsive. I am able to confidently type without fear of making a lot of errors. Using the trackpad did not provide any challenges and the speed of the cursor was nice. There is even a spot for the slim pen (I am not able to test because my pen did not come in yet.), to at least be held. The is a white backlight that makes typing in dark environments manageable. My biggest grips are to the appearance. This is a basic black slab. It is rather thick in comparison to the official keyboard, and when the used as a protective cover it has a wording on the bottom that cannot come off. In short you lose quite a bit of the premium look and feel of the surface line.My theory is that this would have made a better hard bottom akin to the surface book. I think this is an okay replacement but there are better options if for non-Microsoft brands. At the price point you could get the black basic keyboard on sale by spending a bit more but having the premium look and feel.

A good alternative to the Microsoft keyboard
I have been using this keyboard for a few weeks now and here are my impressions. It seems to be well made. The keys have a nice feel to them, they are solid when you click them. While I have used it a handful of times, I have still yet to charge it a second time. The battery seems to last quite a while. The Bluetooth connection is good, but it can sometimes “lag”, which can be a little frustrating. This has happened with other Bluetooth keyboards, so I can’t say it’s a definite issue with this brand. It is likely more an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, but it is something to be aware of if you have not used a Bluetooth keyboard before. Another thing I don’t like is that as you are typing along if you happen to hit the trackpad accidentally with your thumbs (mine happen to want to rest there) it can move your cursor away from where you are typing. The Microsoft version of the keyboard has an option to disable the touch feature of the trackpad, so you must use the “force” touch instead. It would be nice if they could offer that feature. The different color lights aren’t that important to me, but it was fun to change them occasionally. Another option that would be nice to have is the ability to change the timing of when the backlight turns off. I realize they have it shut off rather quickly to save on the battery, but if you are typing in low light and stop just for a few seconds to gather your thoughts, it turns off. Hitting the trackpad does not turn them back on! You must hit one of the keys and if you are typing a document, you then must delete that keystroke (even if it is just the spacebar). Other than that, I really do like this keyboard. If you are looking for a lower cost alternative to the Microsoft keyboard, I would give this one a try.

Good budget bluetooth keyboard
This is actually a pretty good budget bluetooth keyboard. I tested it with both my Samsung Tab S7 and a windows laptop. The keys have good feedback like the official one so that's a win. To get it out of the way, I would have given this 4 star but I had to take one star off for one key issue with the touchpad. That is, the touchpad has a half-a-second delay every time from finger movement to reflecting the movement on screen, IF the touchpad wasn't in use for just a few seconds. To get around this issue, I would have to consciously put my finger down, wait a bit before moving. As a side note, the "double finger scaling" works in Windows but on Tab S7, that gesture just doesn't work and always get registered as scrolling instead of zooming in-and-out. I know that's not the intended use so this is not a con, but I just want to mention it in case others want to try this on Android device.Three other notes corresponding the pictures (in order) that I don't consider are cons but worth mentioning:- this keyboard is a plastic slab that is thicker than other Surface keyboard alternatives- the touchpad feels more plasticky than rubberized (there is no rubberized coating like on most laptop/Surface touchpads)- there is a bigger gap to allow the backlight to come through so the keys are a tiny bit smaller than other Surface keyboard alternativesAll in all, this is a decent bluetooth keyboard. Due to the touchpad issue, I cannot use this as a main input device for tablets, or I will have to add a mouse. This is a pretty good HTPCP keyboard though.
