The Danskin NOW leggings are not made with the same high quality fabric that these Danskin leggings are made from. So although they seem similar, the Walmart two pack is a lower quality that are manufactured specifically for Walmart. These leggings sold here are higher quality, will last longer, and have a more structured silhouette. Hence why they are more expensive.
