Pretty book but I dream up to five different dreams a night so if you're a big dreamer then don't bother as there is not enough space to write all you need.. this book is for someone who has just one dream a night .. I like to add everything and there is no where near enough space as am also learning to luid dream and this book will be filled within a few weeks not even that .. it's for people who have simple dreams as I have very long and deep dreams and this book is no good for some one like me I need lots of writing space as I like to link things together as are dream world is a part of are subconscious..Would not buy again

Not enough space to write about dreams, I personally would ditch the sketch bit and maybe the 'people in dream' so i have more to write about what happened and my interpretation. The book is cute, a good size and fits in my bedside drawer nicely. Hard paper cover with matte finish
