Works like glue. Been using for years on my fine hair for a super lift. . Wish it produced more shine.

Bought this for my son and he won't use anything else.

I have been using this product for years. Excellent for short hair. I just reordered and the product is not the same. When I rubbed it in my hands it had string fibers and became sticky like glue. Not anymore. Just a white cream. Not sticky like glue at all. Shortly after applying to my hair it feels like ther is no product on my hair. Big disappointment!

I have used XTG for years & have had such great styling results. The last I bought in October is not like what I have used for years. I am so disappointed. I wrote to Paul Mitchell & they quickly responded but didn’t confirm if the formula has changed. I am going to buy another tube & am hoping the last one was a fluke. I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience🤔
