Using this outdoor camera since more than a month. It's placed outdoors and working well in all kinds of weather. No issue in rain so far. The camera quality is quite good in HD mode and also records audio. Live streaming of video and audio is very good with good application interface. Supports human detection and tracking to trigger event based recording, saving memory card space. You also get an option to view color video stream at night using the white light option that lits a white led on th camera.The most important feature for which i buy trueview cameras is the RTSP streaming option that allows me to record videos in a different and remote hardware running cctv recording softwares like motion eye.

Writing this review after one month of usage:* camera quality is good* 3 mp camera is good enough for home purpose.* 2 way audio is average.It catches sounds even from 50 meters away.* we can install quickly through Truecloud plus app.* Night vision is good* audio quality should be improved

The heart of security camera is it’s software but unfortunately heart of this security camera is very weak, I mean lot of connectivity issues connection lost suddenly, sometimes send notifications then stop instantly without any reason then start again, no Alexa connectivity, you can’t off motion detection and on human detection only , motion detection sensitivity too high detect flash of light also and send notification, app isn’t good , Alexa skill need lot of improvement

Very good Wi-Fi camera.

Working fine on home wi fi network, as soon as network changes, camera is offline. App is unable to switch to other network. After three weeks of delivery, Now it has stopped video recording on memory card and continuously making a hissing sound. Total waste of money.

It was a bit tricky finding it, as it was only on the box or in the manual. It would be much more convenient if it were listed clearly on the product page or in the user guide.Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend both the product and the company for anyone looking for reliable CCTV solutions!
