This is a book written it seems by an accomplished master. The Complete Reality School techniques are presented in detail but it is sparse on practical commentary.It is more of a reference book and it you havent been taught by an instructor you will probably need a background and experience of meditation and taoist practices to make progress with it.You will definitely find formerly secret techniques that are not discussed elsewhere like chi balancing through tree practices and the enigmatic stepping patterns linked to the big dipper and the elements.Recommended for those with an interest in taoism even if you are not part of the Dragons Gate sect, as it will help you assess the authenticity of other schools techniques and approach.

Unintelligible garbage that reads like a shopping list. I suggest you read Yoga and Kriya: A Systematic Course in the Ancient Tantric Techniques by Swami Satyananda Saraswati 2nd (second) Edition (2007) instead. Same thing, but far clearer.
