What is the expiration date on this item?

I'm disappointed in expiration date. Box came in today 3/15/18 & expiration date is June 2018. I ordered a "seasonal flavor" but I buy bottles in store all year.

I purchased a 4pk but only received one. How do I contact the seller?

Via Amazon. This question is being asked of customers who purchased the product. Go to your account, order history, find this order and should be links to contact seller, etc. I think. I dunno. I don't work here.

Why can I not order Peppermint Mocha singles?

If they dont have the product you can't purshase it.

How can i obtain an actual copy of a return label and not just a QR code?

Not sure if this applies to your situation, but when UPS was contacted to return a couple of items, they printed the label at UPS, brought the labels to my home, attached the labels to the individually packaged items waiting on the front porch, picked them up and took them to be returned. The credit was almost instantaneous on one of them and the other took a while longer but was also fast! At this time traveling is difficult/impossible so it was the only option for returns, but turned out to be the best option, too. The UPS phone number was in the phone book but you might have a better way to find it. Can't help with that right now.
