Worked perfectly for my pool plumbing, strong and easy to tighten and loosen

I used these to make my sprinkler valves easily removable/replaceable. Good thing I did since I didn't have them threaded well enough in the inlet.

my only complaint is the o-ring placement, working in a tight spot horizontally, it was difficult to keep the o-ring in place, I think this part could be improved by making the slot a little deeper an tighter, so the ring cant fall off as easy

A must have for irrigation repair. Work great for replacing valves and save work when repairing lines. A great product.

Quality part and arrived on time. I was getting tired of replacing my backflow prevention valve on my landscaping sprinkler system at about $100 or more dollars every year because it would freeze and break over the winter each year. Now I can just remove the whole valve assembly and store it in the garage each year. These are typical PVC glue on style fittings. They are made of the heavier gauge material you would find being used on 1-inch indoor plumbing but still fit perfectly on the flimsier 1-inch PVC piping found in exterior landscaping sprinkler system use. Arrived quickly and where significantly cheaper than what was available at the local home improvement box stores and hardware stores.

Fit my need and worked well.
