Q: Would this fit a toddler duvet and pillow set?

I’d think a toddler duvet would be on the small side for it as the single quilt moves about in it.

Q: Why does it say waterproof when clearly it isnt?

Mine has been doing its waterproof job fine on my daughter's duvet. I put it on the dinner then a normal duvet cover over that, so the normal duvet cover on the outside gets wet but the duvet inside stays dry.

Q: Is it wipe clean, or do you have to wash it each time?

I just wiped down each time, but I have a Kylie on the bed which absorbs most of the liquid. I just have this to stop any smell seeping into the quilt.

Q: Ive used a duvet protector previously and because it fills with air creates alot of noise how does this compare?

It's say it's not too noisy. The thing I find a bit annoying is that the duvet seems to slide around somewhat inside the waterproof cover and can end up a bit bunched up inside if the person is a restless sleeper. But the prevention of having to wash a duvet makes it well worthwhile!
