This bidet spray was fitted by a plumber without too many issues. It looks good and works well, with really good spray pressure. Still fairly new though as only been using for a month. I am writing this review after having had it for over 8 months.This is an excellent piece of kit that looks great and does exactly what you need.What’s even better is that, after I had a small problem with the operating switch on the handle (it started to stick after about 6 months use), the company replaced the part without any fuss or questions. Excellent customer service. Since then, it has been working perfectly again.I love it, and would not be without it!

It will leak from the head

We purchased this is for our new bathroom which was installed in Feb. Since then it has performed very well. no issues at all, no leaks. the head is the key as it delivers very good pressure and easiest and soft to use. I had 2 different ones before and this probably is the best of all.I also have 2 different bidet showers in other two bathrooms so planning to replace them with this one.Thanks

I liked it so much I bought another one

After having this fitting in my bathroom behind the tiles, the product has failed. It is only chucking out cold water so is basically unusable. Seller will not cover any of the costs I will have to pay to pay labour to replace the unit itself and all of the damaged tiles

My installer had to go the plumbers shop to but extra bits for this product. Not happy.
