Living on the beach we are always looking for foods in case a hurricane knocks our power out for more than a few days. This is great, all you need is water because it’s packed with powdered milk. The kids find it fun and delicious

I still prefer it with milk but not a bad taste

I bought these for my son that lives in the dorms and he really likes them. I willKeep buying them for him.

I understand why people are leaving negative comments about the value, as this clearly is a more expensive way to buy Froot Loops cereal, but this is a specialty product that is sold at a higher price in exchange for the convenience factor. We would never purchase this for routine use at home, but we do see how it has some value when traveling if you might want a serving of cereal when you won’t have milk available. I can see this being particularly convenient for families, traveling on the road, wanting you pack light, to have the availability of a bowl of cereal for themselves or a child. Understand that along with the convenience comes a higher price, as well as additional plastic waste.The product works well, it does contain powdered milk, which is easily dissolved when adding cool water. A negative comment is that my son did not like seeing some of the powdered milk still present while eating the cereal after having attempted to dissolve it all, but we did not all feel that way. It tastes like regular Froot Loops in milk, and really didn’t taste like powdered milk, and there was no appreciated texture of having powdered milk in their product. So, this is a well designed product for those who find a need for a bowl of cereal with milk when they are not going to have access to milk. I can see how this can be convenient, but again that comes at an added cost, and with the creation of additional plastic waste, and for that reason, we won’t plan to purchase this in the future, but I do think it is a well designed product for someone who finds that they have a need for a product like this.

not only are these super fragile, as one of them was busted in the box upon opening it, but these are DISGUSTING. okay so just to note, these are already come with "milk" with them. it's a dehydrated milk powder, so you actually eat these by pouring WATER not more milk into it. if you add milk into it, it's going to taste even more disgusting because it doesn't blend with the taste of the milk powder which is also inherently sweet. but i definitely recommend adding more water than they suggest, because the milk powder is CLOYING sweet. we had these for breakfast but it made me nauseated because of how sweet and sickening the milk powder tasted even when it was diluted down with more water. not a fan, and i love froot loops!

These insta-bowls are awesome! They come with powdered milk already inside, so you just add water. What is so great about them is that you can literally take them anywhere and not have to worry about keeping milk cold. Going camping?? Just add water! Going to be staying in a hotel and can’t keep milk cold in that tiny cooler fridge (ie. Disney world)? Just add water! Teenager going off to college to live in a dorm? Send them a box of these! Is your child a picky eater who only eats cereal? Pack this in there school lunch! SO convenient and tastes the same as if you added regular milk. My kids didn’t even notice the difference! Then when you’re finished, just toss the whole thing away! No bowl to clean. I am so happy I found these. I got them in multiple diff cereals!

This is a really cool concept that I haven’t seen before. The Froot Loops are mixed in with a powder that turns into milk when you just add water. Which makes it super convenient if you’re camping, or on a road trip, or elsewhere where you can’t get or bring a jug of milk with you. I don’t think this tastes exactly the same as it does with normal milk. It’s definitely not bad, but has a slightly different taste that might be noticeable by picky eaters. The other issue with using water is unless it’s water straight from the fridge that is chilled as milk normally is, water from a faucet or water bottle is generally a warmer temperature so it’s not as pleasant to eat at that temperature. But it’s still very convenient if you have a bottle of refrigerated/chilled water handy. Definitely taking these next time I go camping!

These cereal cups are perfect when you are in a rush, even better you can take it to work with you and enjoy anytime because you only need cold water. The cereal and instant milk powder are already inside, just add water to the fill line, stir and done. It has the same great fruit loops taste, and they are decent sized cups. My kids also liked it, even with the instant milk so these are a win for me, and with that, I would recommend. There is no expiration date on the cups themselves but there is one on the box, and from the date of my review, mine have an expiration date of January 2024.
