So far I've only used this once, but it was amazing! I froze bone broth soup that my mom made when she was visiting from out of town. This makes the perfect serving size in my opinion and it froze well! It was easy to remove from the mold, which is very sturdy and good quality. Highly recommend this tray!

Very good for storing frozen stew or meals... I make a whole bunch of food in instant pot and then store in these for fast lunches during the week... just pop a frozen meal out into a tuperware, grab some bread, and am good to go.I love how easy it is to take out frozen food.
