When I ordered the TV I ordered an additional warranty but when it came it said for Africa? I was very confused by this and when I turned the TV on the list only showed African countries and an option for other countries. I wasn't sure if it was going to work but so far my Netflix has worked fine. I was also given a two prong plug for the TV even though I ordered from Dubai? I had to buy an additional adapter but it is also working fine. Very happy with the size and quality of the TV but wish I had more information about the African warranty I received and if it will work as I live in Dubai.

For the price, the size, and quality. I love the product. It is not to say that the quality is top notch in display, but it suits the price and it suits my requirements and I am enjoying it.

Beautiful TV but defective product! Whenever we are watching TV, it does a pinchy noise and then goes off. That started since the moment we got it but we couldn’t return it because we had already disposed the box
