Bought after trying a cheap non branded version. That hadn't gone well, so bit the bullet and ordered this. These genuine items are fairly expensive. However it was free fast delivery. And most importantly... It works, without breaking any needles. Seems solid. I've even tried using a tiny stretch stitch on it, which is contrary to instructions, so I hand turned to test. Still good and within the aperture of the presser foot. I'd still be cautious but good to know for sewing tiny Jersey baby clothes without a serger as they need a 1/4"seam. Definitely recommend this item and seller.

This is to replace one I am forever losing. It is what it says. It fits well but then it is designed for a Janome sewing machine.
