I don't normally write reviews but this product is better than expected. I bought this product after a significant spinal injury in an attempt to remove the pain from lower back and sciatic nerves. IN MY CASE the pain went after the first 10 minute session. I have now had it a week an use it twice per day. It arrived earlier than expected, easy to assemble ( actually simple without instructions) all parts and tools provided. Took me about 35 minutes to put it together without any assistance. I am lean but over 90kg and 183cm. This table inverts and returns to upright just moving my arms. Good safety locks on the back board and enough selectable holes on the shin/ankle pads to find a comfortable position. Recommend without hesitation. I am adding to this review after using it many times. It's still brilliant. Very addictive. Possibly the most beneficial product I have bought.

Good sturdy peice of kit and well packaged. Delivered quickly and I think this is a good affordable option for those looking for some relief from back pain. I have a L5/S1 disc herniation and standing at 6'2" I needed something that would support my height and weight. If you are tall like me the lowest setting for the feet will bring your head off the back of the headboard when inverted. The head pad actually sits on my shoulder blades. This can cause a little discomfort. However when standing upright it does fit my size so guess as you lengthen your body it will naturally come off. At 16st It supports my weight perfectly and feel safe and relaxed in it. It has given me a lot of relief from the pain of sciatica and low back issues. Cons: Has a loose bolt that wont tighten in the underside. They should put a few extra in just in case. It's a big piece of kit. It does fold but unless you have a big garage or very large cupboard it will take up a large portion of your room

This arrived on time and neatly packed. The instructions for assembly are clear and well presented. The kit includes some tools for putting it together, but I would recommend having a few extra wrenches to fit the bolt and nut at the same time. It took us a good hour and a half to get everything in order. The back swing looks good and is extremely sturdy, just the job for releasing any spinal compression.

I bought this to help with a lower back injury. As I am in my late 60's I am using it with caution and not over stretching. If you have high blood pressure DON'T use it as it can increase the pressure inside your head and potentially cause a bleed. As long as you are sensible and do a bit of research, it is a good, sturdy piece of equipment. It is heavy to move so you'll need a space to keep it, where you'll remember to use it regularly. It was fairly easy to put together and arrived well packed and in good condition.

Suggested by an osteo that a table may help my prolapsed discs. Find this great- use as needed during the day and eases my back. Did some research and this product came out as one of the cheapest. Does the job for me. Only slight downside is after 'hanging' for a few minutes the foam which cushions ankles doesn't feel that comfortable. I haven't done so as yet, but guess adding a small towel for extra padding will sort it.

Received item today, well packaged, the instructions are a bit vague for building, however using the picture on the packaging and a minor understanding of there’s 4 of this type of bolt and 4 holes there, so they must go there, and only two of that type etc you can build it within 15-30 mins. Tried it out it is sturdy !!!! Although with its light weight you would at first think it isn’t , don’t be fooled I’m 171/2 Stone and I was doing vertical sit ups on it !!!!! Very pleased with it so far and a lot cheaper than a Teeter. 👍👍🏿👍🏽👍🏻 Removed 1 Star as some folks may struggle to understand the instructions.

A lovely inversion board for an awesome price. Putting it together definitely needs 2 people, but once it's up, it's wonderful, really sturdy, very comfortable. It also arrived quickly and without fuss. Thank you so much.

Strong and sturdy, but notcomfortable to use. Foot hold is uncomfortable and doesnt hold you in well when 180 degrees, better if ankles were locked, not feet. Lever for feet lock is hit and miss. In other angled positions if feels mis aligned and not natural due to the centre bar position, pushes you higher than your body wants to be. Its a bit rough but does what it says, given the choice i would save more and go for a different range table.

Súper contento, porque la calidad de la Tabla de inversión es muy buena, robusta, el montaje es relativamente fácil, con instrucciones en castellano, y para facilitarlo vienen con la mayoría de los tornillos y tuercas presentados (tornillo+arandela+arandela+tuerca), aunque las herramientas incluidas son muy básicas, puedes apretar bien las tuercas para que no tengan holguras. Me encanta porque se pliega muy bien sobre sí misma, sin necesidad de ningún tipo de cierre, para que nos se abra mientras la mueves, y así ocupa menos. El TRUCO: es juntar las patas primero, y luego voltear el respaldo por encima hacia atrás: Para desplegarla, sin abrir las patas, vuelves a voltear el respaldo hacia adelante, y ya puedes luego abrir las patas. El sistema de carraca para sujetar los pies es muy práctico y rápido de abrir y cerrar, y las molestias en los tobillos son inevitables en este tipo de aparatos. Quizás si tuviera unos ruedines para arrastrarla cuando la inclinas cuando la mueves por casa, sería ideal, pero en general estoy muy satisfecho con la compra, y espero usarla 3 minutos antes de dormir para aliviar la espalda, ya que mi trabajo es muy sedentario de oficina.

Ayant des problèmes de dos comme beaucoup de personne. Mon médecin m'avait parlé de ces tables d'inversion. Après recherche sur le net. Il n'y a pas une tonne d'informations mais tous les avis sont unanimes sur l'efficacité de ces tables. J'avais besoin d'un modèle pliable car je suis en appart. Celle ci est pour moi la meilleure. le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Elle reste imposante, même pliée. Elle est robuste, bien conçue. Pas trop compliquée à monter. Des outils sont fournis, mais ils ne sont pas top, si vous en avez, utilisez les vôtres, vous gagnerez dut temps. Ca fait 3 semaines un mois que je l'ai. Je ne m'en sers pas tous les jours, mais régulièrement. Des sessions de 5 à 10 minutes environ. Force est de constater que j'ai beaucoup moins mal au dos qu'avant. Ca étire bien les vertèbres, c'est très bénéfique. L'envoi a été rapide et le colis est arrivé en bon état. Je recommande cette table. Et si c'était à refaire, ce serait sans hésitations. J'aurais dû en acheter bien avant, si j'avais su.
