Hi, has anyone noticed weight loss with this product (with regular exercise) Thanks.

Although it may not be a "weight loss product" -- it makes me soo freakn full, that I began losing weight anyway. I do at best a mild exercise. I really hope that it is sustainable long term because at my current rate it will (as it should) take many months to get me into the "correct weight region". Apart of that, it is incredibly handy -- simply much faster than a takeaway or delivery food.
