Great overview of Cezanne's work
I love this period of art and am an amateur artist myself. Although it is not a coffee table art book, it book gives a complete view of Cezanne's work, A wonderful inexpensive book for those of us on a limited budget and great for the children too to get a taste of great art.

Shiny paper and poor editing ruin this book
Each page has been written to fit so there is much duplication of wording, some on purple background the rest between italic data for each picture. The pages are so shiny that reading the font is uncomfortable and unpleasant. The publishers should be ashamed on ruining what could and should have been a good read. Please read mark and learn (if you have good lighting)

Cheaply published - Ruins Cezannes images
Sadly for a such an important and great artist, the paper and format of this book is terribly ugly. They pack as many photos as they can in awful print that, if you want to totally RUIN your experience of Cezanne, one of the worlds finest artists, please do not buy this book.
