I am someone who rarely gets any kind of acne and since taking these vitamins for about 4 days i got a bad pimple on my face the 2nd day and can feel 2 more forming on the 4th day taking them. Even seeing pimples form in odd places such as my arms and legs. In addition it should definitely be more highly specified in advertising that the product contains tree nuts which i am allergic to. They also taste rancid and i have not seen any positive effects. I wish i never bought this.

I don’t understand why the ingredients on the main packaging are different than the ingredients on the bottle. It was not obvious enough that the product was raspberry flavored. I would have preferred no flavor at all. The flavor reminds me of cough medicine. I will not be buying this again, strictly because of the raspberry flavor, but I am also displeased about some of the other ingredients.

I’ve been using this product for about 3 weeks now and omg the difference in my nails are so amazing. I have a habit of biting my nails all the time but after using this product my nails have grown a lot and have very strong.
