Arrived quicker than expected and sat on my dining table until my daughter tried it out first.She raved about it so I gave it a try,(cleaned it thoroughly first).I was slightly apprehensive to start with as I can’t stand vibration on my teeth but once I tried it I needn’t have worried.It’s fantastic.I had a slight tartar build up with not seeing a dentist since lockdown.It only took me about half an hour to clean the back of my teeth and they feel amazing.I’ve purchased another two for family members,they ARE that good.Highly recommend.

A great device at a reasonable price. This is a robust product with the benefit of having a USB connection and cable unlike many which are battery operated. It is of a solid make and really does the job of getting id of tartar which otherwise would require a visit to the dentist. It takes a steady going over but cleans well with duel heads for both getting between teeth and for cleaning the surface. I find the light on the head and the mirror useful for getting a good view of the rear of the teeth, Happy to recommend.

charged it before first use, all it did was make a weird noise and less than 30 seconds after trying to use it the metal cleaning needle had warmed up to the point I thought it was going to burn my mouth so I turned it off because I thought it might overheat and either melt the plastic or simply explode. never buying one of these ever again.

Great product it took me a while to understand how to get the product to work (Senior Moment) but with speedy replies to answers to my questions I got it to work so thank you everyone and I now know how to open to recharge when required. It wasn't as I thought it would be as I was pressing the arrow until I realised that you put your finger nail where the arrow is and it pops open. I am amazed at the results only 2 teeth descaled so far but great results. Lets see how I get on with back of teeth. If I can use this anyone can

Ok, so my teeth are never going to win a Hollywood smile award. I needed to do something, having left my teeth alone for years - cost being the main barrier.I'd booked a hygiene appointment at £198 to remove the massive build up of plaque and tarter you can see on the first 2 pics (inside of lower teeth). I thought i'd just see if there was anything I could buy, which might help a little. The 3rd pic (apologies for my rubbish pic and teeth) , shows the large tartar masses have been removed.It took around an hour to get used to the technique and settings but it is very effective. Super satisfying for large chunks of tartar to come away. The action is painless, you just need to take your time.Even cleaned the fronts of my teeth too. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Don't but a more expensive version, this one performs. Make sure you have some antiseptic mouth wash to rinse with.

Does anyone know if this comes with a normal USB C charger cable or something special? Mine has ran out of battery for the first time. I can't find the charger cable that came with it, and none of my USB C cables fit.
