I understand that this product is not an original Webber product, but the pictures show a 'tab' at the back, to centre the Thermometer.However this product doesn't have a tab at the back.

Easy, direct replacement
My old temperature gauge on the Weber grill failed. I looked at options, and this was lower priced than OEM and looked the same. In addition, after using it, it was accurate. It also fits perfectly.

Works great, needs built in illumination
Does what it is intended, but since many people tend to barbecue at night, it would be more user friendly if it also included a “light up” thermometer feature.
