Takuey mens Straight

I purchased these pants (have returned them now) as they were not what was advertised.1. They are not 97% cotton and 3% spandex. They are actually 70% cotton, 28% polyester, and 2% spandex (picture attached).2. They did not send me "Takuey" brand jeans. Instead they sent me "Komine" brand. (picture attached).3. Only the knee armor is CE rated. The Hip "armor" is just cheap 4mm foam, cut out to look like armor padding.4. These are not made of 14oz denim as they are thinner in thickness and weave density versus a pair of motorcycle jeans that i own made from 11oz denim.5. The material make up shows as they pocket liners are very thin see-thru polyester mesh.6. Waist lining is sewn incorrectly and is made of cheap material causing bunching and is very scratchy (this has been noted by other reviewers).

Love these riding pants. They’re very comfortable, they look great, they breath well, and they fit just right. Little long for me as I’m a 32/30 and they’re more 32/34. Durable, but not a ton of padding. Still love em.

The only reason I'm giving these pants 3/5 stars is because they look great, feel great and the padding is pretty good. However after the first wash I lost 3 buttons, the stitching for the pants has been coming off everywhere, and the zipper gets stuck between the inseam of the pants.I don't think these are going to have a long life span. Disappointing because they do look cool.I wouldn't recommend purchasing these.

At first were great but after the second wash (following washing instruction) color ran out easily and buttons on pockets were really weak. I wouldn't recommend this pants at all. I bought two pairs and on both have the same problems.

Ordered a size 32 as I wear a 34 perfect fit. Only one issue one of the snap button popped off for one of the pockets

Update: got the expedited replacement pair, this time with knee pads that don’t fit in the pants and definitely are not as shown in the photo. Whyyyyyyy??!? So sad many bummer. My motorcycle class is tomorrow.Pants fit great, and I’m a girl, fit fine using inches measurement as compared to my normal pants, almost high waisted, I’m super happy with that. The material is ok, not the best quality denim, maybe as nice as your basic black american apparrel jean? I’ll have to see how they wear. The lining in the waistline is super scratchy, gonna rip that out asap bc it doesnt seem to serve a purpose- maybe it helps dudes pants stay up on their boxers, but since they are higher up on my waist its on my skin and pretty unpleasant. Side pockets add bulk, thinking about ripping at least one of those off, but maybe they are useful and worth leaving. They are stretchy, which seems optimal for putting things in them and then sitting on a bike.They have the protection pockets for the knees and hips which is why I got them, but they arrived with no knee pads, and I needed them tomorrow. Super bummer. Amazon is expediting new ones tomorrow but I wanted to ride w these tonight.I couldn’t find any other pants like this online or in my local shops for this price, so overall happy w the purchase but waiting for my knee pads!

They are black, the picture looks like dark blue. But they are comfortable. After riding in them I keep having to reposition the knee pads, they tend to rotate inside, just something to be aware of.
