Bravo Team (PSVR)

It's..........okish, I agree with some other reviewers that the aiming does go skewith at times , grenades would have been a bonus, the movement control is a bit naff, farpoint works well with the directional controller, and this should have been implemented into Bravo Team rather than this point and run malarkey, and the fact you jump into 3rd person perspective when moving does detract from the immersion, BUT, apart from that it's playable, I had no problem hitting enemies, it's graphically better than farpoint, and more immersive than shooting alien spiders etc. And is a good starting point for VR shooters using real world scenario rather than alien environments, and until Infinity Ward who make the best COD games IMO, roll back to the first Modern Warfare style game in VR, I'll accept this as the benchmark FPS to beat. So 4*'s until that time comes.

Yes the game has a lot of issues, mainly it was rushed out by SuperMassive games, which is a real shame as it could have been a really great game. That being said what is there is fun enough, played through with my buddy a couple of times, we both enjoyed it. Graphics are fine, level design is good in parts, gun play feels fine and responsive. I hate this whole "one star or five" mentality that some people have. Sure its not amazing but 1 star? Personally we got a good 5-6 hours of fun out of this title, got the platinum trophy and then sold it on, so it essentially cost me a fiver - I'm happy enough with that. Is it perfect, hell no, but is it the "worst game ever made" no. Personally I thought the Inpatient was much worse than this game, yet this one got panned and that did OK. I guess if you are playing solo maybe i'd take away another star (I did play some missions with AI and it was fine) as this is definitely better with a friend to play through, have a laugh and shoot some bad guys.

Its not as terrible as i read some reviews. I just beated the game and took me maybe 2,5 hours. I find the controls really frustrating. I used the aim controller but you cant walk around freely. Its teleporting all the time. I didnt enjoy that at all. Then when using the sniper the view was blurred so i could barely use it.I liked a bit the game since it s at least no horror game. The graphic was ok. I had not really glitches. Co op option can be nice but i only found 2 matches in the first 2 chapters. I didnt find the story too interesting and the talking could have more different options.

There was a fair amount of hype for this release along with high expectations due to the success of Until Dawn: Rush of Blood (which was great!!).Unfortunately the game is a repetitive buggy mess and not the good type of bugs that would have you roflcoptering(?!). These are the kind of bugs that semi invert your arms on themselves like some morphing hell creature from a Cronenberg film which you then have to emulate in real life to have any perception of how to aim anymore.I think more than anything else, what annoyed me the most, was the perspective.I can only assume you are playing as a mind controlling insect which is stuck to the face of a colossal humanoid with baboon arms flailing around.In summary, not great at all and not even a few laughs. It did make me think that if this game had been dumbed down a little (slight paradox) and it literally ripped off Time Crisis it would have been fun.I want Time Crisis vr!!!

I waited to write my review as my first reaction was to give this one star. I have played it a bit now and it's OK, good fun if you like shooting at dumb enemies, the surroundings look OK to me and the aim although not always perfect isn't that bad. I kind of got used to movement of the characters in the end but would have been a lot better of you could move the same as in Farpoint. If you can pick it up cheap give it a go but I admit I was expecting better.

I know most people who reviewed this game hate it and i know why unless you have a massive area to play this game in its unplayable i bought it a few days ago just got around to playing it i hav my vr set up in my big bed room with loads of space in it this is a vr game that need a lot of space to run right also its best to check the camera is set right now the game looks amazing so i dont understand anyone moaning about the graphics and once all the setting are sorted its a great game iv got nearly every psvr game realised and this is a great game once the set up is optimal

Ok it's not great but honestly what VR games are it's early days and each game has it's flaws this is different which is good and I have had no major problems playing it .To much hate for everything these days it's sad I can remember my old Amstrad computer ga mes loved them then but now I can play in VR personally I'm chuffed.

If I could give it less stars I would. Bought the VR late last year in anticipation of this game being released in Dec. First let down, pushed back release till March. Purchased on Amazon for the best price I've seen available but not for long. This game will be available for less than a tenner before long, it's that bad. It is the worst game I've ever played in my life. It doesn't work as a game, never mind the VR mechanics. I've got the aim controller, which this game has been built around supposedly. It can't track the controller at all. It makes the game utterly pointless. How can I kill when I can't aim at all. If you've ever played farpoint, the aim controller used with this is prefect, to the point of tricking you into believing you are holding a real weapon, like VR should. Farpoint is a fairly poor game but the mechanics as far as using the weapon with the aim controller is as good as you are ever going to get, so if the tech is capable why hasn't this game that I'm after wasting 25 pounds on been able to do the same. I can't stress how poor a game this is, it just doesn't work at all in every single way. It should be pulled off the market until an update is available that fixes it.
