Easy assemble, and functional. It’s definitely not top of the line comfort, aesthetics, or sturdiness, but as another person wrote, it’s hard to find anything better at this price point.

The reviews weren’t wrong it does only vibrate but it’s amazing.. it has different stages and many settings at that, even the heat is amazing. We got this for our RV and it’s the perfect edition. The family fights over it cause it’s so comfortable. Was very easy to put together also..

The media could not be loaded.  Oh, I absolutely love this couch and recliner. It is sold separately but it is worth the money. The recliner comes in two boxes and the chair comes in about six boxes. I actually thought that I had two recliners and two couches, but they put it in separate boxes which was cool it did not come damage, just make sure that you put it in the proper slots on the proper sides and no tools needed. I did have a little trouble with putting the cushions for the armrest on because it has zippers on the side just line it up you’ll be fine. The massaging in the recliner and couch it’s not like WoW!!! But it will help you relax of course with your favorite drink.

Too expensive to ship back. Sold to local person at major loss of $.

The bottom is a little hard to put feet down and click back in place..otherwise excellent!Best loveseat I've ever owned!

As others have mentioned, the heat function isn't so hot. That being said, the customer service was great (2 of my 4 boxes came a little later and I didn't have tracking numbers, but they checked in with me and gave me all the info I needed.The couch itself assembles easy, the connections simple. My wife and I find it very comfortable. I have beginners arthritis in the knees, back and neck, and find the couch takes some of the pain away, especially with the massage function. The handles used to lay down are a little stiff, but it's new and to be expected. (Better than loose, right?)Very happy with the purchase.
