Does have the Full 128K
I have been able to also get a cheap version of the ST-Link V2 and have debugged into this. This is telling me it is "authentic enough" to be used.

Was worried when ordering...
Okay, so the STM32F103C8T6 boards I was picking up a couple of years ago had a circular rest button. I ordered more of Ebay about a yearish ago that had the rectangular board and the shipped STM32F103C6 boards.First thing I did was open one and magnified the chip to verify it was the C8. It said C8, so next I soldered to the 5v, and RX and TX as well as PB7 and uploaded a sketch that is about 33k, 1k larger than the C6 will hold. FastLED for STM32 is bulky. It fit and it drove my LEDs fine.Good Board, Good Price. I'm going to order more after I verify the others have the same chip I'll order 4 more batches of 6!

Works as advertised
Came with the 0.1" center header strips (some assembly required) and has a micro-USB connector. Works with the DirtyJTAG code so I'm happy with it. I received three so I probably won't need anymore for a bit but when I do I would definitely bug again.

Inexpensive and works.
I got these to make a joystick for Kerbal Space Program. I installed FreeJoy on one so far. It works well.My only issue is that these (all STM32s) use a proprietary programing software to initially upload a boot-loader, and that software is not great. If it were not for FreeJoy, I do not think I would use a STM32.

Good STM clones run QMK perfectly
I got these to run QMK and VIAL keyboard firmware. They are fully functional even though the STM32 does not seem to be an original. Much better than other fakes I have purchased elsewhere.
