Worth CM Clear Ukulele Strings - Soprano or Concert - Double Length For 2 Ukes

I love the sound that Worth Clears produce with my soprano. it is light and clear and just that added bit of joy.But. They are delicate, this last set have been on for 2 weeks, barely settled in and are already showing wear. My previous strings were Aquila Nylguts and they were on for 6-8 months and still going strong when I got bored with them - but then they fell like thicker strings and are slightly duller in sound (to my ears). So you pays your money and takes your choice!

One of my favourite strings for a ukulele. I don't like thicker Aquilla strings as I find them too heavy and a bit dull. These are the perfect solution as they are fluorocarbon, light, and well balanced. Soft on the fingers, great projection - easily increase any ukuleles volume and presence. Nice and bright tone.Best part for me is the value for money as you get a double length string set so that's two changes for the price. They are in individual packs with the string listed eg G, C, E, A, along with the gauge of string. I just double over the string so I'm holding the two ends and pull tight and snip at the top so I get two equal length strands and pop one back in the pack it came from.Considering these are around £15-16, it's as cheap to get these as two packs of Aquilla string and significantly cheaper than two packs of D'Addario as an example. So it's a good value buy, easy to fit.

Bought the clears in preference to the browns, and the tone on my uke is improved; I wanted a 'brighter' sound. These strings are ideal for people who don't like the heavier, thicker sets in the uke string market.

Ordered these clear strings to replace a set of Aquila strings on a ukulele that I have which has a mother of pearl inlay down the fretboard. These look much better, sound as good ( but its personal choice) as Aquila and if strung carefully will do 2 sets on a concert ukulele. Easily 2sets on a soprano.fast despatch. Will use again.

Completely different sound from the strings that came with my new baritone ukulele. Much nicer sound. 👍👍

These strings make a good bright sound and do not hurt your fingers so much as gut.
