Not a fan of 4 capsules at a time
Too many to take at once. The daily dose is four capsules. If you are taking any other vitamins or supplements, it is just overwhelming to have so many. Trying to remember twice a day dosing to divide it up just didn’t work well for me. I did not see in the product information about the number of capsules per daily dose when I ordered. I wish that had been more obvious. Also wish I had known this product could have been returned. However I do believe doTerra products are of good quality as I am a user of their oils. I was excited to try their vitamin line.

Not gluten free
I was exited to try but saying it contains wheat and soy but the website says gluten free

So glad I found these on amazon. With prime... free shipping. It saved me money to purchase through Amazon. These vitam8ns are about the best I have everctried ( tried MANY). I have fibromyalgia and can tell a difference in how I feel. Do not like running out of these. Seem to give me some energy.
