This arrived today. It has no directions for use, no directions for cleaning and storage, and the pillow case (cover?) is not removable for washing.Did I receive a used pillow???

pensé que era mejor para orejas perforadas
el producto es tal cual como en la descripción pero tengo las orejas perforadas y al usarlo no me parece tan cómodo como pensé que era, creo que los orificios podrían ser mas amplios para una mayor comodidad.
